I got my first break by working at Hampshire Country Club in Mamaroneck, NY, for PGA Head Professional Phil Rusnack. This was a chance to get into the PGM program; I worked there for one season before moving to my next destination which was up the line at Waccabuc Country Club. I was there for two seasons as the Second Assistant Professional managing the Pro-Shop and teaching junior clinics.
